When to be expected

Our wedding celebration is all about enjoying great company and unforgettable moments—on the slopes, over delicious dinners, and dancing the night away. Here's the full schedule to help you plan your perfect few days with us.

Ski, celebrate, and unwind.

Tuesday

After Ski Welcome Party

Tuesday March 17th | 4:30 PM

We begin together aboard the 100+ year-old Chanterella train, the same route you’ll ride to the slopes tomorrow. As it climbs the mountain, you’ll take in sweeping views of the valley, lakes, and villages below — the perfect start. (If you skied today, simply stay put. If not, this journey shows you the way for Wednesday.)

Tonight, everyone arrives in their “colors” — solid, bold, head-to-toe looks à la Slim Aarons. Think vibrant, creative, stylish crayons come to life. It’s how we all spot each other and, more importantly, how we start connecting — sharing how each of us knows the hosts.

Boots off, bubbles on. Please dress warm as we will be toasting outside.  Wear jackets, hats, gloves, boots, etc. and bring a change of shoes for the dinner. We’ll raise an apéro toast to the weekend ahead in one of the most iconic settings. A quiet, but meaningful, beginning to everything that follows.

Dinner at White Marmot

Tuesday March 17th | 6:00 PM

This is what skiing here is all about. We will have this fab and fun place Chamanna for the whole day. Whereas in most restaurants the hospitality staff wear Moncler, Gucci or Fusalp, they were Carhartt here. These guys rock and so will we. Breakfast and all day lunch with music and more, ‘only in the Alps’ vibe.  Bring your designated colors to life on the ski slopes as well, we would love it!

Wednesday

Skiing

Wednesday March 18th | 7:45 - 4:00 PM

So, skiing will be on Corviglia ski mtn (again, up the Chanterella train), you can rental skis/snowboard, boots, helmet at Ski Service Corviglia.  The mountain and "white carpet" open at 7:45 AM so get on the slopes whenever you want. We have our favorite, privately owned restaurant on the hill, Chamanna, privatized for the day so feel free to stop in for breakfast or coffee, an early lunch, but make sure you are there by 1:00 PM for an apres and lunch gathering. We will NOT HAVE groomsmen or bridesmaids but we will have pals that will show you around the mountain. For non skiers, It’s important to note that foot traffic for those that aren’t skiing is pretty easy (link here, scroll down to "By Foot").

Purchase your lift tickets HERE.

* St. Moritz is on the Ikon Pass.

Chill - Time

Wednesday March 18th | From 4:30 PM

After a day in the snow, it’s time to soak, steam, and totally unwind. Whether you’re floating in a heated pool with mountain views or melting into a sauna session, the hotel spas have you covered. Robes, relaxation, and zero guilt for doing absolutely nothing—highly encouraged.

Black Tie Dinner Party

Wednesday March 18th | 8:00 PM

Get ready for a night of glamour, good music, and a little mystery. Set inside the legendary Dracula Club, this black-tie affair blends fine dining with a dance floor that doesn’t quit—thanks to our DJ and a possible live music twist. Transfers from your hotel? Handled. Security? Covered. All that’s left is for you to show up and turn it on. You can get to Dracula by taxi or on foot.  If you choose to come on foot, we recommend you wear proper winter footwear and bring your shoes in a bag.  The coat check will kindly accept your boots and jackets when you arrive.

Thursday

Lej da Staz Winter Walk

Thursday March 19th | From 11:00 AM -3:00 PM

Sleep in and then brunch at 2pm. You can walk from the lake in StMo (approx. 1 mile/20 mins) to this other small lake or take a carriage if you dont want to walk (Kipp is obviously taking a heli). The walk is about 1/2 hr. Clear the head. Important for us to know numbers so please RSVP, as we are expecting some attrition.

*Before Tuesday and After Thursday afternoons

- We will be doing things in smaller groups before and after the main events. So if you want to see a little more of the town, the surrounding areas, we will be doing that. Only things that will be really organized are some dinners every night that week. But if you want to be anonymous and just be there yourselves, cool.
